I’m Sarah Davis, the Leadership & Organizational Strategy Consultant behind Off the Beaten Path (OTBP) Consulting. For more than twenty years, I’ve been walking into organizations where policies are dusty, cultures are toxic, and leadership is stuck on autopilot or worse.  I knew there had to be a better way!

 

I started OTBP because I was done watching unethical behavior get brushed off as “just business.” It is not. Culture does not fix itself, and integrity does not grow in chaos. Someone has to call out what is broken, rebuild what works, and train leaders to stop repeating the same tired mistakes.

 

That someone is me.

Before launching OTBP, I developed every HR policy, procedure, and process for a growing tech company, from hiring to firing, payroll to PTO, and even the distribution of company shares. And I have done this work across industries, sizes, and disasters, and I have seen one constant: the truth always wins.

I do not sugarcoat. I do not play politics. I tell the truth, even when it is uncomfortable, especially when it is uncomfortable. Because that is how real change happens.
